Located directly on Piazza delle Erbe, with an entrance from Via Mazzini, we enter the fifth floor of a multi-family building.
Upon entering the apartment, the spacious entrance area immediately stands out, leading directly into the magnificent living room with views of the rooftops and towers of the city center. From here, you continue into the kitchen and onto the balcony, where you can enjoy a stunning view of the impressive Torre dei Lamberti. The apartment also includes a storage room, and the bathroom with a shower near the wardrobe can be used by guests as a day WC for the living area.

The sleeping area is separated by a door, and here, a corridor leads to a spacious bedroom and another double bedroom with a private bathroom. Both rooms have access to the rear balcony, overlooking the inner courtyard. The apartment also has a cellar, and the building is equipped with an elevator. Parking spaces are available for short-term or long-term rentals in the parking garages surrounding the city center.
